It’s a solution that’s been built to allow companies to reach and interact with the audiences they would have connected with at a cancelled trade show or event. It’s easily scaled and customised to fit with each client’s individual requirements.
Example Solution 1:
We will provide set and staging for a live presentation to be webcast through a bespoke online portal.
Production will be accomplished using multiple cameras with on-screen graphics, autocue, lighting, makeup, a professional presenter and all the support crew and equipment to ensure a successful world-class webcast. We can even use your existing stand design to build a “virtual set” for the presenters to deliver from.
With a long heritage in film, WMP is also able to bring new products to life in bespoke short films, which can be played in during the webcast.
Online, users will be able to access the webcast through a public or secure, customisable portal provided by Swisscom. The user will be able to select up to five different languages and to ask questions (and have them responded to) live.
The whole presentation and supporting films will then be available on demand.
All of this will happen in High Definition, naturally, and be produced to the highest international standards to ensure the audience has the best viewing experience. We will also be able to provide our clients with content strategy and presenter training if required.
Example Solution 2:
We are also able to offer a smaller production.
One or two cameras in a basic set would be used to webcast a presentation or, perhaps, link to a short film about a new product or service.
This could be broadcast directly on YouTube without the need for a bespoke portal.
The quality of the production would still be high, but the overall look and feel would be more modest.
We’re able to offer both of these scenarios, and plenty of other options, at very short notice. Using our events expertise, we can also work with your existing pool of contacts, to transition them into a virtual space, plus assist with enrolment and meeting booking.
