WMP has worked with The King's Trust over a number of years to deliver Palace to Palace, their flagship fundraising bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. In 2024, The Palace Walk was added, giving WMP end-to-end responsibility for both events on the same day.

The King's Trust needed a fundraising event that combined stunning scenery, seamless organisation and a meaningful cause, and that welcomed cyclists of every level.
Palace to Palace gives riders the rare chance to cycle a fully-supported route from Buckingham Palace, through the rolling Surrey countryside, down The Long Walk, and past Windsor Castle, finishing with a well-deserved celebration at Windsor Racecourse. With both a Classic 45-mile and Ultra 90-mile route, the ride welcomes cyclists of all levels, and every detail, from feed stations to the Finish Festival, needs to run smoothly.

WMP handles every element of the bike ride: route design and signage, logistics, safety planning, venue management and on-the-ground delivery, from the feed stations along the Classic 45-mile and Ultra 90-mile routes to the Finish Festival at Windsor Racecourse.
Adding a walk, without adding complexity.
In 2024, WMP proposed adding a walking event to The King's Trust, opening up the fundraising opportunity to those who prefer to take on a challenge off the bike. The Palace Walk takes in some of Windsor's most iconic landmarks over 13 miles, finishing at Windsor Racecourse, where walkers join Palace to Palace cyclists to celebrate at the same Finish Festival, all delivered by WMP on the same day as the bike ride.
