Eighty five members of restaurant chain Nando’s Global Leadership Team were flown to the UK for their first Global Leadership Conference.

The conference and breakout sessions were held within a temporary structure built on the land of a National Trust property which was transformed overnight from a traditional conference space to a working Nando’s restaurant.

The week culminated with the delegates being picked up from the last session of conference in 35 vintage classic cars, for a scavenger hunt. Delegates were then hosted at Spye Park Estate where they enjoyed exclusive performances from Years and Years and Lion Babe and a courtyard banquet.
