In redesigning Veolia’s ageing product web presence, our greatest challenge was to find a way to connect suitable products to the specific needs of their diverse array of applications.
Our solution was to simplify the user journey and create an intelligent filtering system to promote specific content types dependent on user selection. This meant we were able to guide potential customers to appropriate content.
As a result, the bounce rate decreased significantly and the website generated more qualified leads.
